The Silicon Valley real estate market is known for its speed, competitiveness, and often prohibitive costs for individual investors. This is where EQS steps in. Through real estate syndication, they aim to "level the playing field," providing accredited investors with access to high-potential properties. This model is built on key principles: compliance, transparency, and focusing on long-term value
Our objective is to strategically acquire Single-Family properties and or multi-unit Units in high-growth areas of Silicon Valley, keep and manage for five years, then exit.
We achieve this by co-investing alongside our accredited investors and handling the entire lifecycle of the investment—from sourcing, acquisition to comprehensive management and profitable exit, offering a seamless solution for those who don’t have either the time, money, resources, or expertise to do it by themselves.
We aim to make your investment experience simple, secure, and scalable.
We will employ a dual investment strategy focusing on both Buy & Hold and or Buy, Rehab & Flip opportunities:
Target single-family homes and Multi-units in Silicon Valley, priced $2,000,000 to $4,000,000, located in neighborhoods known for strong appreciation potential.
Acquisition & Management: we will be responsible for searching, identifying and securing the most promising investment opportunities.
Properties will be managed by a professional property management company with our vigilant oversight, to maintain absolute control and command over operations.
The projected hold period is 5 years.
Properties will be sold at term end, and profits distributed based on investor ownership percentages.
